Hey guys! I’m so excited to share my first ever video recipe with you! This is a yummy and healthy smoothie recipe that is supper easy to make, all you need is a blender and the ingredients listed below! It is great for a daily drink to get those greens in that your body so desperately needs each day. The benefits are amazing and it tastes so fresh! I hope you have fun making this at home and make sure to show me your pics of your smoothies on instagram too!

a blender (I have used a nutribullet, but any will do!)
2 handfuls of spinach
1 Handful of Mango (or Pineapple)
The recipe is not strict; add what you want, just make sure to have the same, or more fruit than veg to stop that bitter taste!
